A FREE Bullring Breakfast Club, which will include talks on mental health, is being held on Sunday, June 25 in Birmingham City Centre.

The event at Browns Bar and Brasserie in the Bullring will feature speakers, including Free Radio’s Sparky and MC Josh Smiiffy, between 10am and 11.30am.

On Sunday 25th June, Bullring is hosting an exclusive event at Browns Bar and Brasserie, to help combat mental health and encourage people to face their feelings.

The event aims to help lessen the stigma that surrounds talking to someone when life gets hard, such as bereavement or stress at work, and provide ways to cope better.

Working in collaboration with mental health charity Mind, Bullring’s Breakfast Club promises to be fun and relaxed event with talks from an all-male panel who will discuss all things mental health and be answering questions from the audience. More speakers to be announced in due course.

Men are welcome to bring their ladies too, for a chance to enjoy a delicious breakfast from Browns and learn more about ways to improve awareness of mental health among men.

This event is completely FREE but places need to be booked.
