BROMSGROVE singer Skye Hadley has booked her place in the semi-final of the Austin Sports and Social Club’s Search for a Star.
Skye, who sang River Deep and Son of a Preacher Man, was joined by Jasmine Rawlins and Simon Dean.
Jasmine belted out Skyfall, Run and Somebody to Love in the latest heat on Saturday (January 28) and Simon performed songs by Meatloaf and Gene Pitney.
Organiser Tony Maslen said: “All the artists did fantastically well and it made for a fabulous night of entertainment.”
The next heat will be this Saturday (February 4) at 8pm.
