THOSE jingle bells will be swinging when The Big Band at Christmas comes to Artrix on Wednesday, December 13.
The event will see all the festive favourites given the big band treatment with music in the style of artists such as Glenn Miller, Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole.
Bandleader Chris said: “My father used to play trombone for Frank Sinatra and so
I’ve always noticed how well these Christmas songs fit with the big band sound.
“I’m excited to be bringing these classic Christmas songs to town.”
Simone from the Ivy Benson Orchestra will also be performing on the evening which starts at 7.30pm.
