FIREFIGHTERS helped free a man in Bromsgrove who got his foot trapped whilst in the shower.
West Midlands Ambulance Service also attended the incident in Marlbrook around 12.35pm yesterday.
The crew from Bromsgrove used packex and small tools to get him free.
He needed oxygen therapy and was left with paramedics who checked him over.
