St Modwen unveils 56 new apartments at Longbridge's Austin View

A LONGBRIDGE development featuring 56 apartments has been unveiled by St Modwen.

The open-plan properties – a mix of one and two-bedroom – are set over four floors in an ‘L’ shaped building with a fifth storey on the corner.

Several of the properties also have a balcony or terrace space and they have been designed to let in as much natural light as possible.

There are car parking spaces and storage for up to 56 bikes.

Those who take up the apartments will be living in a space surrounded by British history – it was formerly the manufacturing site for the Austin Mini.

The properties are available to purchase using the Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme, meaning only a five per cent deposit is needed.

Dave Smith, St Modwen Homes’ managing director, said: “We are extremely proud to launch Austin View.

“Not only is Longbridge one of St Modwen Properties’ most successful urban regeneration projects, but it is also our home – so we’re thrilled to bring our signature contemporary style and thoughtful approach to design to the area.”

For more on the properties or to arrange to see the Homebuyer Hub and show apartment, visit stmodwenhomes.co.uk or call 0330 058 6250.
