HOLLYWOOD Golf Club is holding a new Halloween event titled ‘Halloween in Hollywood’ for adults in the village, and raises money for local charities.

The event is an extension of the Wythall Witch walk, a trick or treat event that has been running for the last three years.

Alison Skeoch, who arranged and created both events said: “Halloween in Hollywood has been added this year which is for the adults, dress up, grab a drink and have some scary fun.

“It’s at Hollywood Golf Club on Saturday, October 30, from 7pm to midnight.

“There are only a few tickets remaining at £20 each.”

The money raised from selling the maps and and tickets for Halloween in Hollywood are being divided between Hollytrees Animal Rescue Trust, Acorns and Teenage Cancer Trust.

“Myself and my friend, Claire Brown have both done the Cancer journey but sadly with different endings.

“Her son Callum passed away from Cancer three years ago and I made a promise to Claire to keep Callums name alive and we do this by donating money to the Teenage Cancer Trust in loving memory of Callum.”

Tickets are now on sale at Bean 47 at Drakes Cross shopping parade and Loliepops at Becketts Farm.
