THIS Mercedes was seized after police found the driver to have no MoT or insurance.
The car was stopped by officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit in Bell End in the early hours of this morning.
The MoT for the vehicle had expired and no insurance policy was in place.
The motorist has been reported for the offences with driving without insurance usually incurring a £300 fine and six penalty points.
The driver then left in a taxi.
