A DRIVER has been fined £100 and will receive three penalty points after nearly crashing head-on with a marked police car in Hagley.
The motorist was overtaking another vehicle but crossed double white lines to do so.
Officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit, which issued the fine and point, questioned the professional driver over his actions which took place on a blind bend on the A456.
