THREE people were arrested and nine dogs were seized yesterday as part of an operation by the police and the RSPCA.
A warrant was executed in Tarragon Gardens, Frankley, under the Animal Welfare Act and a woman and two men were held.
The swoop was based on community intelligence and involved officers from Longbridge Police, Brandwood Police and the RSPCA.
