POLICE have recovered a stolen vehicle on the northbound M5 between Bromsgrove and Frankley Services.
The officers from the Worcestershire Operational Unit (OPU) used a TPAC technique to prevent a full pursuit before arresting the driver at the scene.
A ‘TPAC’ sees police vehicles pull in front of and alongside the target vehicle and box it in before bringing it to a standstill.
The officers said the same suspect was arrested on suspicion of similar offences in the same circumstances last week.
