THIS vehicle was seized after being found in Bromsgrove with no insurance or MoT.
Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) officers saw the driver speeding through residential areas.
The team warned other drivers to ensure their cars, vans and other vehicles were roadworthy, fully insured and had an MoT.
Writing on Twitter, officers said: “Vehicle is now where it belongs, safe in the hands of our recovery colleagues!”
