A MAN has died as a result of a crash in Stoke Prior which happened this morning.
Emergency services, including an air ambulance, were called to Hanbury Road at 8.50am to reports of a collision involving light goods vehicle and a cyclist, a man in his sixties who was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have informed his family and have closed off the road between Stoke Pound Lane and Moorgate Road which is expected to be the case for the next few hours.
Motorists are being advised to take alternative routes.
