A BROMSGROVE building formally used by the Post Office is set to go under the hammer.
The property on 121 High Street is set to be part of Bond Wolfe’s auction on Thursday (May 14) with a £150,000 price guide.
The building, which dates back to the mid-19th century, is in need of full refurbishment.
It is considered suitable for a variety of alternative uses, subject to any necessary planning permission, including being used as a retail, office or leisure space.
The building was most recently used by the Post Office and is situated within a Conservation Area.
The auction begins at 8.30am.
