WORCESTERSHIRE County Council’s Library Service is hosting a day of free business events featuring a range of talks and workshops.
On April 16 at the Hive in Worcester, there will be three events people can attend.
Introduction to Marketing Planning, 10am until 11am
Discover how to make marketing enjoyable and effective. Learn to set goals, find your audience, and create valuable marketing plans during this workshop delivered by The Happy Goth Collective.
101 guide to starting, scaling and exiting your business, 2pm until 4.30pm.
During the workshop you’ll learn about company shares, fund raising, keeping track of finances, business planning, building a brand, leveraging intellectual property, and tactics to scale your venture.
Why Projects Get Stuck, 6:30pm – until 9pm.
Learn why IT projects sometimes slow down, and how better stakeholder alignment can keep things on track, with an introduction to the Cooper’s Stage‑Gate Model.
