THE DRIVER of this van was found to be banned from the roads and uninsured after police stopped it in Bromsgrove.
Officers pulled over the vehicle this morning on the A38 in Lydiate Ash after noticing he was not wearing a seat belt.
It was then that checks revealed the other offences and he will now be facing court action.
Driving without wearing a seatbelt is among the ‘Fatal 4’ offences. Others include speeding, driving under the influence of drink or drugs and using a handheld mobile phone at the wheel.
