British Armed Forces veterans, Rich Potter and Rich Davies, both amputees are rewriting the limits of what’s possible for amputees and raising money for charity in the process.
The determined duo are gearing up to embark on a groundbreaking journey: conquering the Full Snowman Trek.
Bhutan’s Snowman Trek is one of the hardest Himalayan treks and is considered to be one of the most difficult treks in the world. More people are said to have summited Everest than to have completed the Snowman Trek.
But that’s not all – the two British Army veterans are not just aiming to complete it; they’re aiming to set a world record as the first and fastest amputees to do so.

“We hope to change the way others perceive those with disabilities. By pushing our bodies and minds to the limits, we hope to inspire others to take on their own challenges, regardless of their size.
“To make this even more of a challenge we’re trying to raise as much money as possible for the Royal British Legion and Blesma. We want to give back to those who’ve helped us in our recovery journey and to help other veterans and service personnel who have given so much.”
