A FREE action packed taster day of sports and leisure activities is kicking off later in January.
The Wychbold Taster Day will take place at the Wychbold Village Hall on January 20 from 10am to 4pm.
It has been organised by Active Herefordshire and Worcestershire through their Our Community Can scheme supported by The National Lottery Community Fund.
Throughout the day there will be a host of leisure and sports activities for people of all ages to take part in.
From 10am to 11am there will be indoor bowls. From 11am to 12 noon there will seated exercises.
From 12 noon to 1pm there will be a bingo session followed by break time from 1pm until 2pm. Refreshments will be provided.
The day will be rounded off with indoor cricket from 2pm to 3pm and walking tennis from 3pm to 4pm.
A Health Van will be around, offering health and wellbeing services throughout the day.
And the region’s community builder will be around to hear your ideas on what changes or improvements you would like to see in your region.
