THE PREMIERE of a poignant comedy about growing old disgracefully whilst retaining your sense of humour will be staged at The Palace Theatre in Redditch before it moves onto Bromsgrove for the rest of the run.

Fifty Shades of Beige is set in a nursing home and focuses on the central character Tom, and his romantic intentions for fellow patient Norma. But, as they say, the course of true love never runs smoothly.

The show is being put on by All and Sundry and has been written by Roger Goddard who is also directing the piece.

It runs from Thursday to Sunday (February 11 to 13) at The Palace’s Room Upstairs and between the following Saturday and Sunday at Bromsgrove Artrix’s Studio.

Tickets, which are £11 and £10, are available by calling 01527 65203 for The Palace and 01527 577330 for Artrix.

Alternatively, visit www.redditchpalacetheatre.co.uk ot artrix.co.uk and book tickets there
