A BUS STOP in Lickey End will be taken down next week so it can be replaced with a brand new shelter.

The stop on the A38 will be taken down on Tuesday (February 16) and the new, slightly smaller, one will be put in its place on Thursday (February 18).

During that time, residents will be unable to use the bus stop.

Guy Revans, Bromsgrove District Council’s head of environmental services, apologised for any inconvenience that would be caused whilst the work was taking place, adding it would be carried out and completed as quickly as possible.
