A WHOLE block of flats in Wythall had to be evacuated after an arson attack which saw garden furniture set alight on a first floor balcony.
The incident happened in Shawfield, Hollywood, between midnight last Sunday (March 27) and and 12.13am last Monday (March 28).
The attackers approached the block and poured an accelerant on the furniture before setting it ablaze.
The fire quickly became ferocious, leading to a full evacuation of the entire block of flats.
Extensive damage was caused to the property and communal areas.
