A MAN in his 40s suffered a fractured jaw in a crash in Northfield, which involved two motorbikes.
The incident happened just after 12.55pm on Wednesday (June 10) in Cheverton Road.
A West Midlands Ambulance spokesperson said an ambulance, a paramedic in a rapid response vehicle and a paramedic officer were sent to the scene.
He added the man remained conscious as he was examined by ambulance staff who found him to have injuries to his mouth and cuts and grazes to his body where he had hit the road, as well as the fractured jaw.
He was immobilised using a scoop stretcher and was taken to Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further treatment.
