TWO LANES are closed on the northbound carriageway of the M5 between Junction 4 (Bromsgrove and Junction 3 (Halesowen), following of a crash.
The incident saw a quantity of fuel spilled onto the road.
It has led to 30 minute travel times between the two junctions, along with congestion to Junction 4a of the M42.
