USERS of the M5 and M42 motorways are being warned about carriageway closures taking place over the next few days.
The northbound carriageway will be shut between 10pm and 6am from Junction 1 of the M42 (Bromsgrove) to Junction 2 (Hopwood) between Monday (January 5) and next Friday (January 9). There will be a clearly marked diversion in place.
And, on the M5, the carriageway will be shut in both directions around the exit and entry slip roads at Junction 4 (Lydiate Ash).
The closures will be in place between 9pm and 5am from Monday (January 5) to the following Tuesday (January 13).
The clearly marked diversion will be up and over the island at Junction 4.
