ALL SAINTS’ Church will be also be open for Heritage Weekend next Saturday (September 10), with plenty on offer to suit everybody.

The church is renowned for the variety of its stained glass and visitors will be able to see the beautiful windows for themselves and find out more about them.

There are magazines from the early days of the church to read and opportunities to find out more about the historic building.

And there will be drinks and biscuits available at the event, which runs from 10am to 4pm.

Aside from the Open Day, the church will also be welcoming cyclists as part of the county-wide sponsored Ride and Stride day, with sponsorship money going to the Worcestershire and Dudley Historic Churches Trust.

The organisation has previously given £5,000 to All Saints’ Church towards major repairs.

Tessa Carrick from All Saints Church said: “We are looking forward to welcoming a good number of visitors.”
