RESIDENTS who enjoy a flutter can go along to the Primrose Hospice’s annual Ladies’ Day at Bromsgrove Rugby Club.
The popular Royal Race Day will be held on June 19, with the gents dressing in top hats and tails or suits and ladies wearing frocks and hats.
It will open with a champagne reception and entertainment at 11am with the Royal Race Day lunch at 12midday.
There will be entertainment throughout lunch with the first race at 2.30pm.
During the races, those taking part can place bets with on course bookmaker Phillip Currigan.

But the fun does not end there – there will be after race entertainment with Paul Burrell from 5.45pm.
A spokesperson for the Primrose Hospice said: “This is an event we have been running for over ten years now, and it would be lovely to see people there, so do please come along if you can and experience what is always a fantastic day out and a great supportive event for the hospice.”
