Residents reminded to turn back their clocks

Bromsgrove Editorial 24th Oct, 2015 Updated: 17th Oct, 2016   0

RESIDENTS are being reminded to put their clocks back an hour at 2am on Sunday morning (October 25) to mark the end of British Summer Time.

And this week, youngsters at their new My First Friends Day Nursery and Pre-School in Bromsgrove have enjoyed developing their counting and number recognition skills, learning about clocks and time as part of their autumn topic.

Nursery manager Pauline Baker said: “We like to take advantage of events, such as the clocks going back, to promote children’s learning and understanding of the world in which we live.

“Maybe they will even be able to remind their parents to put their clocks back this weekend.”
