RESIDENTS and staff at Bromsgrove’s Breme Care Home and those visiting were pretty in pink at their themed fund-raising day last Thursday (May 29).
The home was a sea of colour thanks to everyone raiding their wardrobes to raise money for the town’s Primrose Hospice.
In total more than £50 was made thanks to all the people who donated £1 to wear pink and bought cupcakes.
Helen Barron, the home’s activities leader, said: “We all had such a lovely day – everybody was dressed in pink.
“Even our gents looked dapper in salmon shirts and ties.
“The hospice is a charity close to all our hearts so we were thrilled to support the amazing work they do there.”
