RESIDENTS in Barnt Green will be able to have their say on issues affecting them locally when new PACT (Partner and Communities Together) start up again in early March.

The move has been made with the help of the West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner.

Coun Peter McDonald welcomed the news and said he had met a number of local residents who felt they were missing out by not having PACT meetings in the area.

“The meetings will ensure their concerns are not only listened to but taken up either by the police or local councillors.”

The panel will be made up of police officers, county, district and parish councillors, along with a chairperson.
