Police launch appeal after two teenage boys are robbed in Rednal

POLICE are hunting a man who robbed two teenage boys in Rednal.

The incident happened as the pair were walking through the Oak Tree car park on Lickey Road between 4.15pm and 4.30pm on July 18.

They were approached by the man who asked for the time.

When one of the boys took a phone out of his pocket it was grabbed by the man who ordered the other boy hand his phone over.




He then fled on foot back down the car park towards a dark vehicle.

The raider was of mixed race, around 5ft 11ins tall and of skinny build.


He had short black curly hair and was wearing a dark T-shirt and tracksuit bottoms. He had no notable accent.
