PATIENTS at Bromsgrove’s New Road Surgery are being asked to complete a questionnaire between June 6 and 11 as part of the practice’s involvement with Patient Participation Awareness Week.
Those filling in the survey can do so either at the surgery or online.
As part of the poll, they will be asked about their knowledge and feelings of the Patient Participation Group (PPG) which every doctors’ surgery is required to have.
PPGs are a crucial way of ensuring patients get their voices heard with the aim of driving up quality at practices.
Patients should visit http://newroadsurgeryppg.org/ or go into the surgery to have their say.
