RESIDENTS are being urged to have their say on how they feel the year-long trail of free evening car parking in Bromsgrove has gone.

Councillors on the Evening Car Parking Task Group, set up by Bromsgrove District Council’s Overview and Scrutiny Board, are asking the public for their views as part of their work scrutinising the impact of the 12-month trial, which began in February.

The group will also interview relevant officers, study data, and are issuing a questionnaire to gather people’s views before making recommendations for the council’s cabinet to consider around February 2016.

Coun Karen May, the leader of the task group, said the consultation would look at the success of the free parking and what might need improvement.

Residents should call 01527 881443, visit www.bromsgrove.gov.uk/consultations or e-mail [email protected] to have their say.
