A PLANT sale is being held at a Bromsgrove nursing home between 10am and midday tomorrow (Saturday).
Everyone is welcome to go and browse the varieties at St John’s Court, St John’s Street, which have been grown by the residents.
Among the plants on offer will be purple sprouting, tomato plants, broccoli, lupins and others.
There will also be tea, coffee and other refreshments, two tombolas, a bric-a-brac stall, bottle stall, children’s face-painting, a raffle and more.
Activites co-ordinator Heather Mitchell said: “The residents have really enjoyed planting the seeds and watching them grow.
“We are now hoping they will sell well and bring some more enjoyment to other people in Bromsgrove and beyond.”
Residents from the home will also be on the stall selling the plants.
