MUMS with bumps, babies and juniors can all get fit with some brand new outdoor classes starting next week at Sanders Park.
The Bumps and Babies – at 11.45am every Thursday from February 4 – centres on functional exercises aimed at toning the whole body whilst also doing aerobic interval training with the buggy.
It is £3 a session and is designed to get new and expectant mums exercising again and losing any baby weight they may have gained during pregnancy.
And a new Junior Couch to 2k course for children aged 11 and over starts next Sunday (February 7).
It provides fun sessions for beginners over a six-week period every Sunday from 11am. Participants who complete five of the six weeks get a free sports bag and bottle.
