Most unwanted cat in Britain finds a home in Bromsgrove

BROMSGROVE’S Blue Cross looks to have found a new home for the ‘most unwanted cat in Britain’.

We reported on our website earlier in the week how 13-year-old Casey had ended up at the Wildmoor Lane centre in Catshill after spending months at other centres in the country, including in North Yorkshire and Oxfordshire.

But, despite the average length of stay being 35 days, Casey still had not found a home after a year.

Now, we are happy to reveal, Casey has been reserved at Bromsgrove and will now have a home he can call his own.

Nicola Halfpenny, Blue Cross animal welfare assistant, said it was fantastic news as he was a great cat with a super personality.
