Milk spilt on motorway as lorry hits central reservation

A LORRY containing 10,000 litres of milk, has collided with a motorway central reservation, spilling some its contents.

Firefighters from Bromsgrove and Redditch, along with an Incident Support Vehicle from Droitwich, attended the scene at 2.20am this morning (Friday) on Junction 2 of the M42.

Police closed of the carriageway while one casualty was being treated in an ambulance and crews attempted to clear the mil a debris from the road.

The scene was cleared and the lanes were opened again at about 6am.
