Men plead not guilty to Bromsgrove nunchuck attack

TWO MEN accused of carrying out an attack with nunchucks and a 6ft wooden stick in a Bromsgrove Chinese take-away have pleaded not guilty.

Glen David Carver, 36, and Paul Colin Seymour, 35, both of Birmingham Road, each faced a charge of grievous bodily harm with intent at Worcester Crown Court yesterday (Monday).

Carver was also accused of possessing a 6ft wooden stick and Seymour of having a nunchuck during the incident, which took place in the Oriental Royal, Birmingham Road, on May 15, 2013.

The pair have been released on bail until their two-day trial due to take place on January 19 at Worcester Crown Court.
