OFFICERS from Bromsgrove Police are hunting a man who exposed himself to two schoolgirls and touched himself in front of them while they were walking their dog in Bromsgrove yesterday evening (Thursday).
The incident happened between 6pm and 6.30pm when the eleven-year-olds were on the footpath between Rigby Lane and Penshurst Road at the back of Aston Fields Middle School.
As the girls approached Penshurst Road, a man appeared from behind a bush and sat down on the path whilst exposing and touching himself inappropriately.
He did this twice whilst watching the girls walk past.
During the second act the girls ran away from the man who briefly followed them before turning and walking off to wards Aston Fields Middle School.
The man, who did not communicate with the victims or make any physical contact with them, was white, 5ft 10ins tall, in his 50s and of medium to large build.
He had grey hair and a bald spot and was wearing a white and blue horizontally-striped t-shirt and shorts which were dark and above his knee. He was carrying a black plastic shopping bag.
Insp Sarah Corteen from West Mercia Police said: “This is a very disturbing incident against two young girls and we are keen to hear from the public should they have any information that could assist with our enquiries.”
