BROMSGROVE District Council has confirmed Lickey End Park will re-open at 4pm today (Friday), following a traveller encampment there.
The travellers left the site this morning and officers from the authority have been cleaning up the site.
A broken barrier still needs to be repaired, so the car park will remain shut until Tuesday when that will be back in place.
The travellers arrived, along with their caravans and vehicles yesterday (Thursday).
A Bromsgrove District Council spokesperson said: “Sorry for any inconvenience but we hope you still enjoy our parks in this lovely sunny weather.”
