THIS YEAR’S Lickey Hills Spring Clean will take place tomorrow (Saturday).
Those wanting to take part in the event should meet at the Lickey Hills Visitor Centre, Warren Lane, at 10am.
The spring litter pick has been organised by The Lickey Hills Society and is supported by the Park Rangers.
It will last about two hours and everyone is welcome.
Litter pickers, black plastic bags and gloves will be provided. The organisers recommend participants wear appropriate footwear and clothing.
Mike Brooke, the chair of the Lickey Hills Society, said the Park Rangers were doing an excellent job maintaining the park but extra help is always needed and appreciated because of how vast the beauty spot is.
“We hope that as many people as possible will be able to join us,” he added.
