A TALK on A Balkan Adventure will be given by guest speaker John Pilkington who will be back in Bromsgrove by popular demand.
The presentation, at 7.30pm on Thursday (April 14) at St John’s Church, will bring to life John’s adventure across the mountains from Trieste? in Italy? to Istanbul? in Turkey.
In his address, the explorer, writer and presenter will talk about the people and places he encountered and the landscapes they inhabited.
The event has been organised by The Friends of St John’s Church and proceeds raised will go towards the maintenance and restoration of the historic building.
Tickets for the talk are £5 each but any additional donations would be welcome.
