A CHARITY golf day has raised £2,590 for the Primrose Hospice.
The event, at Redditch Golf Club, teed off after bacon butties in the club house, with 72 players tackling the course.
The golf competition was won by Dillons Demons.
Among the other highlights on the day, away from the golf, were the auction and raffle.
Alistair Hayward-Wright of Hayward-Wright Accountants the highest bidder for the weekend hire of an E-Type Jaguar, kindly donated by Great Escape Cars and the raffle was won by ark Rolfe of Century Lighting.
The Primrose Hospice’s community fund-raiser Sarah Patrick said: “We’d like to say a big thank you to Ben for organising this fantastic event.
“We are so appreciative of our supporters in the community who help us to continue providing our services for free, supporting our patients and their families in North Worcestershire.”
