A BROMSGROVE pub is attempting to break the world record for the largest online photo album of roast dinners.

To celebrate its 30th birthday the team at the Toby Carvery on the Birmingham Road will be attempting to make themselves Guinness World Record holders.

Staff are also asking residents to get involved in the challenge and help out by uploading pictures of their roast dinners to the album on their website. To set a new world record they must have more than 50,000 pictures.

Each person who submits an image will also receive a voucher for a two course meal for £6.50.

Lindsey Hall, manager at Toby Carvery Marlbrook, said: “Britain is a nation that loves a hearty roast dinner so I’m sure we will have no problem setting this title.

“We really value our guests and want to involve them in our 30th birthday celebrations. Everyone who uploads an image can say they were part of a world record attempt, which is really great.”
