Four children injured in serious two-car crash in Rubery

SIX PEOPLE, including four children, have been injured in a serious collision in Rubery yesterday.
The emergency services were called to Frankley Hill Lane about 3pm yesterday (Sunday) after reports of a BMW and Renault Kadjar being involved in a crash.

The man driving the BMW suffered minor injures while the three children inside the vehicle have been taken to Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Among them were a 13-year-old who broke her wrist, a three-year-old girl who injured her leg and a seven-year-old boy who suffered serious abdominal injuries and is still being monitored in hospital.

The driver of the Renault, a woman in her 30s, was taken to the Alexandra hospital in Redditch with a broken leg while the nine-year-old girl in that vehicle suffered cuts and bruising.
