POPULAR folk superstar Martyn Joseph is coming to Bromsgrove this Thursday (June 30).
The talented and powerful singer-songwriter will be at Catshill Social Club, Meadow Road, at 8pm for Bromsgrove Folk Club’s latest event.
Martyn has already had a career spanning 30 years and he has created 32 albums in that time, notching up record sales of over 500,000 and undertaking thousands of live performances.
The versatility of his music is such it touches genres of folk, rock, soul, folk funk and Americana but all of those labels cannot define the spirit of his music.
The event is being held as part of this year’s Bromsgrove Festival and admission is £12 for non-members, £8 for members and, as part of the club’s policy of encouraging the younger generation to live music events, £4 for under-25s (proof of age required).
