THERE will be plenty of high quality produce on offer at the annual Dodford Show which takes place in Bromsgrove next Saturday (September 3).

Held at Dodford Village Hall, it features a competition for amateur growers, bakers, preserve-makers, crafters and youngsters from the local community.

Registration and staging of exhibits will be held from 9.30am to 11.45am when the hall will be closed for judging.

The show itself then opens at 3pm and is free to anyone who wants to go along and view the impressive exhibits on display.

The produce auction will then start at 4pm and there will also be a raffle, plant stall, teas and home-made cakes.

Entering produce to the competition is free for children and just £2 for adults – regardless of how many classes entered.

Visit www.dodfordgardeningclub.co.uk for the full show programme or e-mail [email protected] or call Penny on 07706 153618 for more information.
