DAREDEVILS from Bromsgrove and Redditch are being sought to take part in a parachute jump to raise funds for the Primrose Hospice.

There is one place left on the one 10,000ft free-fall skydive on July 25 and further spaces on a similar jump on September 27.

Those who take part need to raise more than £395 and, once signed up, the Primrose will offer support to help them raise the cash.

The charity costs £1.6million-a-year to run and receives just a fifth of that funding from the NHS.

Anyone wanting to sign up for the jump can e-mail sarah@primrosehospice.org or call 01527 889796 for a sign-up and sponsorship pack.

Participants have to pay a £70 deposit which will be refunded from the fund-raising total, once they reach £395.

Those wanting to do a jump need to apply before the end of this month.
