Cottage in Alevechurch burgled

Bromsgrove Editorial 27th Nov, 2015 Updated: 17th Oct, 2016   0

A LAPTOP television and jewellery have been stolen from a cottage in Alvechurch on November 18.

The victim left her home, on Icknield Street, at 10am, having turned off all the lights and locked the doors and when she returned at about 7.20pm, she spotted a Land Rover parked across from her drive. She saw all the lights were on upstairs and the patio doors were open before she heard a car door slam. The victim went to look for the Land Rover which had already gone and is believed to have headed in the direction of Radford Road.

The raiders have used a tool to lever open the UPVC patio doors to gain entry and search the property before leaving with the items.

Anyone with information on the incident should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
