Christmas shopping with 'Vintage Class'

Bromsgrove Editorial 1st Dec, 2015 Updated: 17th Oct, 2016   0

A CHRISTMAS shopping event will take place at Finstall Village Hall from 6pm to 9pm on Wednesday (December 2).

The event, being held in conjunction with the Finstall Village Christmas lights, will raise funds for three charities – The Primrose Hospice, Marie Curie Cancer Care and The Royal British Legion.

There will be a Santa’s grotto to give the children a chance to meet the man in the big red suit and there will be a range of stalls from local people selling a variety of items ideal for Christmas gifts. There will also be some lovely prizes on the tombola.

Refreshments will be be available and there will be entertainment provided by singing group ‘Vintage Class’, a local singing group which specialises in music from the 1940s and 50s and performed at the launch of the Bromsgrove Christmas Market last Friday (November 20).

They will be performing popular vintage music and Christmas songs from that era.
