BUSES serving Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Rubery and South Birmingham will be operating reduced timetables over the festive season.
On Thursday (December 24), all routes will be the same apart from the 144, 144A, 147 and the 202 which will operate a Saturday timetable. The last 144 will be at 6.15pm from Worcester Bus Station, reaching Droitwich at 6.39pm and Bromsgrove at 6.58pm.
The last bus from Birmingham will leave at 7.50pm, reaching Bromsgrove at 8.38pm and Droitwich at 8.53pm.
There will be no services at all on Christmas Day.
On Saturday (Boxing Day), the first bus will leave Worcester at 8.15am and they will then be hourly between 9.05am and 3.05pm. The last one will be 5.05pm.
On Sunday and Monday (December 27 and 28), normal Sunday services will operate.
On Tuesday (December 29) a normal Saturday timetable will operate, apart from some routes. Among them are the 90, 93 (MRD) and 322 which will not run at all. A normal Tuesday timetable will be in force for the 93 (Clearway), along with the 354, 182 and 183.
There will also be changes to the 144. The 7.15pm, 9.55pm and 11.15pm from Worcester will not run, nor will the 8.45pm or 11.20pm from Birmingham.
On Wednesday (December 30), normal timetables will be in force, apart from the 144 where the 7.15pm, 9.55pm and 11.15pm from Worcester and the 8.45pm or 11.20pm from Birmingham will not run.
Services 90, 93 (MRD), 182 and 183 will operate a normal Wednesday timetable.
On New Year’s Eve (December 31), Saturday timetables will operate, apart from the 354 which will have a normal Thursday timetable and the 144.
The last 144 from Worcester to Birmingham will be at 6.15pm and the last bus from the Second City will be at 7.50pm.
Services 90, 93 (MRD), 182 and 183 will operate a normal Thursday timetable.
There will be no services on New Year’s Day and routes will revert back to normal on January 2.
