A BROMSGROVE man is hosting a boxing match at the Hungry Horse tomorrow night to raise money for charity.

Glynn Thomas is the man behind tomorrow night’s event when boxers Martin Smith and Spike Bradley will get into the ring to raise money for the charities, Cystic Fibrosis and Still Birth and Neonatal Death (SANS).

The boxers will be fighting a total of three two-minute rounds.

Referee Terry Caruther who has boxed with Chris Eubank Junior and with Nick Blackwell will be on hand to make sure it’s a good clean fight.

With an estimated 80 tickets already sold, it is anticipated tomorrow night will be a sell out.

Organisers say £5 from each ticket will go to the charities. They aim to reach their £1000 target for each charity.

There will also be a charity raffle with prizes including meals at various restaurants, champagne, plants, flowers, wine and gift sets.

Doors open at 7pm. Tickets cost £25 and will be available at the door.
